Djwal Khul (also spelled 'Djwhal Khul', 'Djwal kul' etc.) is the Tibetan Master of Healing and works with those of service in the healing arts on Gaia. HIs energy and vibration is seen as "green light". 

Djwal Khul is working for the furthering of spiritual evolution on our planet, using his highly developed powers of meditation, or siddhis.  He is a permanent resident of the masters spiritual earthly retreat, Shambhalla.
